• Communicate with our clients in a friendly and efficient manner, and respond to any changes in your business or practice, which may require action on our part.
• Negotiate and improve terms where possible at next renewal
• Ensure that any future improvements are retrospective whenever possible
• Give general advice including the Insurance implications of working from Home.
• Help Clients understand how to protect their livelihoods businesses and families in event of an accident or illness, or early death.
• Educate Clients on the meanings of Insurance Terminology and Jargon in a user - friendly way
• Give general and specific Independent Financial Advice on a fees or commission based basis.
• We design Corporate Employee Benefits Packages. Personalised & Confidential service for Companies and their staff, including customised booklets and documentation.
• Mortgage service using Computer Research systems, which scour the market and provide detailed information on the best deals available.
• Mortgages for clients who work from home. We have a facility for flexible mortgages which are proving very popular. Normally, Lenders may charge higher interest rates because of Commercial Usage. Ours does not. In addition, we offer flexible mortgages based on daily interest with facilities to pay mortgages to overpay and reduce years off the mortgage. Money can be borrowed back later for any reason should circumstances change. These schemes include cashbacks up to 4%, and can save many thousands of pounds of interest over the term.
• Additional covers available under our optional Supplementary Package. Includes £1,000,000 Public Liability, £250 surgery / office contents cover, 24-hour legal helpline on any business problem, and up to £2000 compensation cover for accidents at work (see examples at the back of this presentation). Other liabilities also included under this, such as Consumer Protection Act, Data Protection Act, Health and Safety at Work Legislation etc. Premium £25.75. Most schemes do not offer this.
• Comprehensive office / surgery policy - premiums start at £38.50 per year. Includes Employers Liability (for receptionists etc.) £10,000,000, Public Liability £1,000,000 as above, Money Insurance and up to £1,000 Contents cover, increasable at low cost. Most Surgery packages start at higher premiums than this.
• Competitive household premiums for schemes allowing work from home
• We have just launched our Affinity Personal Pension Plan through Friends Provident which is offered to our Affinity Group clients. The recommended fund is the Stewardship which was the first Ethical Investment Fund, and is still the largest and most consistent. This is a low charging Plan with very low commission and set-up costs. It is available to Limited Companies also Provide Clients with an Income Protection Scheme in case they are unable to work due to accident or illness Additional facilities for individuals needing to arrange a more customised Income Protection including Permanent Health Scheme to retirement age with extra value features such as: no waiting period for claims and money back investment fund.
